05 cpi modding ideas needed

new project.

Stock 05 cpi Hussar with blown piston rings.

need ideas for mods.

have new piston and rings, 5 gram roller weights, any ideas?

2 stroke, right? Go for the big bore and a pipe. You will be surprised how much faster it goes with just a cheap iron cylinder and piston upgrade. Depending on the amount of damage, rings may not bring it back.

There is really no way you would get caught with a big bore unless you're going way too fast with it. I would recommend the upgrade and just keep your speed under the legal moped/scooter limit in your state. It's nice to have the power, even if in reserve, for those occasions when you need it. Might save your life.

ok have decided **** it going 70cc.
new cylinder 47mm Piston, 3 sets clutch springs and torque springs to match, spark plug, 19mm carburetor, 35mm pod filter, new intake manifold, delimited CDI, new stator coil, and high energy coil.

anything else i need?

Best post man! here in the netherlands the law is very strict, if your scooter is too fast. But a long a you ride normal and your scooter looks like nothing special, there's a chance you can get away.

Have brand new belt as the previous one was shredded. variator isnt quite in the budget at the mo but will be getting it sorted soon
